Custom Order Standard - Please read all T&Cs

This listing is for a Custom Design Request for a STANDARD stamp and cutter . Please contact Honey & Goldie Designs prior to purchasing to confirm that we’re able to create your requested design.

Once your design has been discussed and approved, please allow up to 5 business days for completion. Turnaround times may vary slightly depending on workload and the complexity of the design.

For STL file orders, your completed files will be delivered digitally via email/download once finished.

For physical stamp and cutter orders, your items will be 3D printed and posted after production has been completed.

DIGITAL STL FILES

Please note: STL purchases are DIGITAL DOWNLOADS ONLY. No physical product will be shipped unless a physical option has also been selected.

All STL files are designed specifically for high-detail 3D printing and include both the stamp and matching cutter unless otherwise stated.

For the best printing results, we recommend:
• 0.2mm nozzle
• Small layer heights
• Top surface ironing enabled for a smoother finish

Please note that print quality can vary depending on your printer, filament, slicer software, and print settings. Honey & Goldie Designs does not provide individual printer troubleshooting or technical support beyond the general recommendations provided above.

By purchasing STL files from Honey & Goldie Designs, you agree not to redistribute, alter, share, resell, or reproduce the files or printed products in any form. Files are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Due to the nature of digital products, STL purchases are non-refundable.

PHYSICAL STAMPS & CUTTERS

Physical stamps and cutters are professionally 3D printed using PLA filament.

Please note:
• Colours may vary depending on filament availability
• Some finer details may require hand painting for the best finished result
• Not all designs are suitable for two-toning
• Hand wash only in warm soapy water
• Not dishwasher safe or heat safe

Every design is created with both functionality and clean fondant impressions in mind. As all custom items are made to order, slight variations may occur.
