Honey & Goldie Designs offers:

* Digital STL files
* Custom-designed products
All products are intended for lawful use only.
We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colours, and images, however slight variations may occur due to screen settings, 3D printing processes, or handmade finishing.

3. Digital STL Files
By purchasing digital STL files from Honey & Goldie Designs, you agree to the following:
* STL files are digital downloads only — no physical product will be shipped.
* Files are for personal use only.
* STL files may not be copied, redistributed, shared, resold, altered for resale, or uploaded to third-party websites.
* You may not sell, share, or distribute the digital file itself in any form.
* Physical products created from our STL files may not be mass-produced or commercially redistributed unless written permission is provided.
* Due to the nature of digital products, all STL file sales are final and non-refundable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their printer settings, slicer settings, and equipment are suitable for successful printing.

4. Physical Product Care
All cookie stamps and cutters are made using PLA filament and should be cared for correctly.
Care instructions:
* Hand wash only in warm, soapy water
* Do not place in dishwasher
* Do not soak for extended periods
* Avoid heat exposure above 60°C
* Store in a cool, dry place
Improper care may result in warping or damage.

5. Orders & Processing Times
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and pride ourselves on fast turnaround times.
Processing times may vary depending on:
* Order volume
* Custom orders
* Public holidays
* Product availability
Estimated processing times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

6. Custom Orders
Custom design requests are welcomed; however:
* Full payment may be required before design work begins
* Design turnaround times may vary
* Minor variations may occur between digital previews and final printed products
* Custom orders may not be cancelled once design or production has commenced
We reserve the right to decline custom requests at our discretion.

7. Shipping & Delivery
We currently only ship Australia-wide.
Once an order has been dispatched, Honey & Goldie Designs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processing, weather events, or lost parcels.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if parcels are returned due to incorrect address information.

8. Returns & Refunds
## Physical Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and order details.
Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade/custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:
* Change of mind
* Incorrect product selection
* Improper product care
* Minor cosmetic variations
## Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, STL files are strictly non-refundable.
